1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Reverse Dance mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. About Reverse Dance

Reverse Dance is a creative video application that allows users to record dance videos, reverse them, and create unique content for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The App provides video recording, processing, editing, and sharing features designed for content creators and anyone who wants to have fun with friends and family.

3. Account Requirements

Reverse Dance requires account creation using Firebase authentication. You may authenticate using supported methods including Apple ID or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App. Users under 13 are prohibited from using the App.

5. Content Guidelines and Acceptable Use

Since videos are stored on our servers, we maintain strict content guidelines:

5.1 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to create, upload, or share content that contains:

• Inappropriate or Adult Content: Nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive material
• Violence or Harmful Content: Violence, self-harm, dangerous activities, or content promoting illegal activities
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups
• Copyright Infringement: Content that violates intellectual property rights of others
• Spam or Misleading Content: Repetitive, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Illegal Activities: Content promoting or depicting illegal activities
• Privacy Violations: Content featuring individuals without their consent

5.2 Content Moderation

• All uploaded videos may be subject to automated and manual content moderation
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines
• Users who repeatedly violate content guidelines may have their accounts suspended or terminated
• Content removal decisions are final, though users may appeal through customer support

5.3 General Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious software or attempt to compromise the security of the App

6. Video Storage and Ownership

6.1 Your Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all videos you create using the App
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your videos through the App
• You can delete your videos at any time through the App
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to all content in your videos (music, people, etc.)

6.2 Server Storage

• Videos are stored securely on our servers to enable app functionality
• We do not claim ownership of your videos
• Videos are not shared with third parties without your explicit consent
• Cloud backup is available for Pro+ subscribers

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

7.1 Free Features

• 15-second video recording
• Basic sharing and saving options
• Access to royalty-free music library
• Standard video processing

7.2 Pro+ Subscription

• 45-second video recording (3x longer)
• Watermark removal
• Automatic cloud storage and backup
• Favorites list functionality
• Priority customer support
• All future Pro+ features

7.3 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through App Store settings
• We do not store payment information
• Refund policies are governed by Apple's App Store policies

8. Music and Copyright

• The App provides access to a library of royalty-free music for use in your videos
• You may only use music provided within the App for your reverse dance videos
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any external music you add to videos
• We are not responsible for copyright violations resulting from user-added content
• Users who violate copyright may have their content removed and accounts suspended

9. Privacy and Data Collection

• Firebase authentication stores your login credentials and authentication method
• Videos are stored on our secure servers
• Crash reports and usage analytics help us improve the App
• We do not sell your personal information or videos to third parties

10. Video Processing and AI

• The App uses automated video processing to create reverse effects
• Video processing occurs on our servers to ensure optimal performance
• Processing times may vary based on video length and server load
• We do not guarantee specific processing times or quality levels
• Processed videos are returned to you through the App interface

11. Account Termination

11.1 User-Initiated Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• Upon account deletion, your videos and data will be removed from our servers
• Subscription cancellation must be done through the App Store

11.2 Company-Initiated Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Accounts may be terminated for repeated content policy violations
• We will provide notice of termination when possible
• Terminated users may appeal through customer support

12. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or continuously available
• Video processing quality may vary based on device capabilities and server load
• We are not responsible for content created by users
• Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with platform guidelines when sharing to social media
• We do not guarantee that user content will go viral or achieve any specific engagement metrics

13. App Store Terms

• Downloads through Apple App Store are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
• Any in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscription management and refunds are handled through App Store settings
• The App complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines

14. Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content are owned by deltaDev LLC
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
• Users retain ownership of their created video content
• The royalty-free music library is licensed for use within the App only

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, deltaDev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, content removal, account termination, or any issues related to video processing or sharing.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or other communication methods. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of deltaDev LLC. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
